The Location
The Oaks at Deer Hollow is situated in the foothills of the beautiful Oquirrh Mountains, in the city of Tooele, Utah.
Located just 30-minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and within 40-minutes of downtown Salt Lake City, the city of Tooele has a population of approximately 30,000. As a city of this size, and being thus situated, Tooele offers the benefits of both small-town living and the advantages of big-city proximity.
From The Oaks at Deer Hollow, one can behold the vistas of not just the city below, but also of the Great Salt Lake to the north; the expansive Tooele Valley and Stansbury Mountains to the West; and literally gaze right up canyons of the Oquirrh Mountains to the south and east. Incidentally, we don’t call it The Oaks at Deer Hollow without reason.
The community is located amid the native Gambel Oak of Utah, and the normally timid deer regularly venture into and through the community!
